Whether you attended the fully-booked, in-person launch workshop last year, or are new to this project - if you are keen to learn, share and discuss where the use of AI in accessibility work might lead, this is an opportunity to join a diverse group of specialist colleagues to actively participate in this important UKRI-funded project.
Expert guest speakers from academia and industry will explore cutting edge topics ranging from disability futurism, to agentic AI and labour considerations.

This workshop is part of the UKRI-funded project, teaching accessibility in the digital skill set, led by Dr Sarah Lewthwaite at the University of Southampton, and is supported by the accessibility programme within the Jisc advice team.
A report featuring the findings from the first workshop will be shared in advance. The workshop will take place in a Zoom meeting with live BSL/English interpreting.
