About

Real world application of technology has never been a more critical part of education. All of our future careers will require us to deliver solutions with technology and be empathetic to understand its impact. BSD Education supports institutions to bring these crucial skills to students by offering programs of learning for digital skills. These courses give students a real world technology education, whilst also developing transferable skills that help them make informed and impactful decisions about their next steps as they venture into their careers.

During the session we will explore the three learning programs BSD offers via Jisc (Introduction to Coding, Introduction to Digital Skills and Digital Skills for the Workplace) and the online learning platform that hosts the curriculum. Institutions may choose any combination of course material (totalling 355 hours) which can be delivered during lesson time, self study time or as part of career-focused learning time.
