About

Your host, Dr. Julian Allen, vice president of academic affairs at Labster, will interview Dr. Lewis Mattin, lecturer in human physiology at the University of Westminster, about the impact he has seen in his classes since he replaced traditional homework exercises with immersive science simulations.

  • Discover insights and strategies on how you, too, can engage students without altering your syllabus or instruction plan.
  • Come away with an understanding of how to assign simulations in preparation for lab-entry or homework assignments without investing hours in learning a new tool.
  • Learn how to take advantage of discounted pricing available only to Jisc institutions.

Labster’s mission is to make science accessible for every student through immersive experiences that bring science to life. We enhance student success both inside and outside of the classroom by building best-in-class simulations designed by real scientists to help teachers educate, accelerate, and inspire.

Labster is evidence based and focused on student outcomes. Everything we do is ultimately about using the power of immersive learning to provide students with the learning advantage they need to succeed.
