About

As part of our exploration of artificial intelligence in the context of education, we’ve created this free digital learning module. If you’re interested in artificial intelligence (AI) with a focus on the impact within education, this self-paced module is designed for you.

Through videos, current research and discussion forums, the module explores two main elements:

  • An introduction to generative AI technology
  • The implications of generative AI on education

If you haven’t got a whole hour, you can revisit and take a section (five in total) at a time.

New places released on the 1st of every month

This one hour digital learning module is delivered using our online course support functionality within Microsoft Teams.

You will be sent full joining instructions once your application has been processed.

This module is open to any Jisc member that's interested in the use of artificial intelligence within education.

Training outcomes

We hope through discussions with your peers and further understanding through our research it'll help you think about the uses of AI within education and how it can best serve educators and learners alike.
