Role

The primary purpose of my role is to support the development of membership and sales competencies. This is with regards to ensuring a high quality and effective account management and subject specialist function. I provide support to the Jisc membership and sales staff through planning, design, delivery and evaluation of CPD activities which meet the needs of the business.



Background

I have worked in education and training since 2002, delivering training solutions within private, public and third sector organisations, with experience of producing qualifications and training solutions for a wide range of individuals.

I have been responsible for monitoring quality of training, through continual improvement measures and procedures to meet relevant standards.

My surname changed from Rogers in January 2017.
