Role

As an account manager I ensure that members experience a strong and personalised relationship with Jisc, enabling them to have ready access to our full range of products, services and support, whether inclusive as part of membership or in addition to any subscription package.

Additionally I champion our members' needs within Jisc, challenging with respect to members’ requirements so that member 'voice' shapes Jisc's operational and strategic priorities. 



Background

I joined Jisc from a 20 year relationship management career in banking and financial technology, having been responsible for market data delivery, trading execution software and managed services (software, platforms, infrastructure) across EMEA, Scandinavia, North America and India.

I have designed and delivered summer graduate training programs to tier 1 investment banks on market data products, supported associates with investment banking pitch books and trained bank librarians on various suites of products within the vendor market.

My market experience and knowledge lies within investment banking, money markets and OTC derivatives trading, including algorithmic front-end execution software, hosting and maintenance.
