Role

My role as account manager is to develop relationships with members to ensure they derive maximum value from Jisc services and products and to champion their needs and requirements within Jisc. 

I am part of the Jisc north team with a specialism in Jisc’s research and development activities delivered through the digital futures directorate. 



Background

I am an information specialist with 20 years' experience in the education sector. I have worked across a range of areas including academic librarianship, curriculum support, IT, data management and marketing and recruitment.

I was previously a researcher/analyst at Jisc infoNet providing advice, guidance and support mainly around learning and teaching, digital capability and the student experience.
