As a people business partner, I work in collaboration with the directorate leadership team to support the delivery of the organisation’s short, medium and longer term priorities through the development of high-performing and empowered teams.
Working in partnership with senior leaders within the digital resources directorate, my role is to provide the tools, expert advice and guidance that our people managers need to effectively manage, motivate and develop their people.
In addition to my role supporting the directorate, I am also responsible for contributing to the delivery of Jisc’s people plan which aims to support the achievement of our vision and strategic objectives by demonstrating our commitment to our people and making Jisc an even greater place to work.
