My role is to lead and develop JiscMail, the national academic and research mailing list service.
I am responsible for ensuring the service is available, report on service activity, value and usage. I aim to ensure all related advice, support and service requests provided by our helpline team are fulfilled to highest levels of member satisfaction.
I have been part of Jisc since 2001; working for Jisc Netskills, a former Jisc advisory service based at Newcastle University, and was responsible for workshop scheduling and event management, financial reporting, managing accredited workshops and delivering training and support to Jisc colleagues using Blackboard Collaborate.
I was part of the team to effectively move the JiscMail service back into Jisc (since 2012) and continue to be part of its success.
I hold an ITIL foundation certificate and a BTEC certificate in training design and delivery.
