Role

I lead the directorate that supports members and sells products and services to customers in adjacent markets. This includes trust, identity and access, data analytics and student services, along with selling e-infrastructure solutions to public sector and private research. The directorate is a crucial part of Jisc’s strategy to have strong financial sustainability. 

My directorate is also responsible for sales and member enablement across all four of our sectors – HE, FE, research and customer, putting us at the heart of the organisation and supporting our shared vision of technology for good.

Background

I joined Jisc in April 2020 but have worked in education technology my whole career. For the first 25 years I worked for RMplc supporting technical services in primary and secondary schools.

My roles have always been commercially focused with a bias towards account management. I always put the customer at the heart of decisions and actions, customer centricity and member centricity fuel us and it is great to work for an organisation so focused on delivering real outcomes for technology in education and research.
