Role

As an account manager I ensure that members experience a strong and personalised relationship with Jisc, enabling them to have ready access to our full range of products, services and support, whether inclusive as part of membership or in addition to any subscription package.

Additionally I champion our members' needs within Jisc, challenging with respect to members’ requirements so that member 'voice' shapes Jisc's operational and strategic priorities.

Background

I have a demonstrable track record of achievement in providing creative, flexible and cost effective eLearning solutions to enhance member-focused services.

I have over ten years of experience as an e-learning adviser helping colleges and universities to strategically develop their use of technology to enhance internal business processes and to provide engaging, creative and supportive environments for their students.

During this time I have worked closely with clients at all levels and have demonstrated the necessary skills to understand and contextualise their specific requirements and to effectively communicate appropriately within the required context.

I am a successful and experienced project manager leading distributed project teams located from across the UK and overseas to develop new projects and services to support the demands of our client base. This has proven to be one of the most rewarding elements of my career to date on a number of levels, including developing the necessary skills to inspire, manage an motivate team members from across the globe.
