Role

As a network service manager, my role is to develop and maintain excellent operational level relationships with Jisc’s members and customers, based on a thorough understanding of their requirements, Jisc’s services and the regional infrastructures over which they are delivered.

I have responsibility for the east of England, south west and north east regions and I lead on supplier relationship management for the suppliers whose products and services underpin the delivery of the Janet Network.
