Since 2014 there’s been a remarkable amount of initiatives across England in further education and skills (FES) to address the Further Education Learning Technology Action Group (FELTAG) agenda. In addition, across all devolved nations there’s also further examples of how providers are driving forward with the digital agenda to enhance teaching, learning and assessment with the ultimate goal to enhance learners’ digital experiences.
To ensure that everyone can benefit and learn from this sector best practice, we would love to hear from you.
What we're looking for
We are currently gathering exemplars of best practice on behalf of the sector that will evidence how FES have embraced technology in the spirit of FELTAG, as well as showcase the diverse initiatives being led by you. The result will be a sector ‘guide’ aimed at leaders, practitioners and managers that will contain examples of best practice which colleagues from the sector can replicate and embed in their own practice.
As the sector is so diverse, we're looking for individual practice/departmental and organisational examples from all types of learning providers which deliver FES. Given the nature of sector transformation, the guide will continue to evolve.
These examples will compliment those already collated through our digital student work.
This is an iterative report that will be updated periodically and we welcome further examples of effective practice, particularly from Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
How to get involved
Whether your initiative is large or small, we’re interested to hear from you.
