If you have problems with network access or you need advice on network related matters, please contact the nominated person in your organisation (eg computing services or your IT officer).
If necessary, they will refer the problem to your designated Janet Network fault reporting point for action.
All organisations with a primary connection to the Janet Network have a designated fault reporting route, as detailed in your fault reporting letter. If you are unsure of your fault reporting route please contact the service desk via email@example.com.
